  1. Those citizens being leaving Mariupol were given safe passage to either the Kiev-controlled areas or Moscow-controlled. Their choice.

    1. Lol pretty bad when the ruskies continue to bomb the Mariupol exits out towards the west but leave the exits to Russia alone. Oh wait! They did that in Syria as well. Shucks golly darn! Looks like we have a persistent pattern.
