Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) heckled Rep. George Santos (R-NY) after the House voted to refer a resolution to expel Santos from Congress to the Ethics Committee. Bowman then got into an argument with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) outside the US Capitol.
