    1. Does it ache when they reach their hands out for millions of dollars and cry in front of cameras now when before they didn’t even lift a finger yet alone care about their relative on the streets addicted to drugs?

  1. I suspect that a database identifying “bad apples” will only be used by corrupt officials as a recruitment tool.

  2. Step 1 pay officers 25k a year more than they’re currently being paid

Step 2 Reinstate TIME DISTANCE and COVER training…

    Step 3 eliminate ticket/arrest quotas.

Step 4 have reviews and prosecution against officers done by prosecutors that aren’t a coworker of the officers in question…

Step 5 financially reward officers that successfully de-escalate dangerous situations without causing loss of life…. Compound the rewards with each instance and pay a bonus monthly….. Incentivse de-escalation and reward proper conduct.

Step 6 end the purchase and use of military vehicles for police function…
Spend the funds on step 1 and step 5

  3. Another person talking about training reforms. Yeah right. If you hire a racist, you can train them until the cows come home and they are still going to be a racist. If you hire a person of low intelligence to be a rocket scientist then you might end up with some cute little toys. It absolutely starts with the hiring process. You don’t hire a politician to do open heart surgery anymore than you hire a heart surgeon to work on your car.

  10. To whom much then is given much is required! I’ll be needing a one trillion dollar free funding!

  11. I’ll only be a world wide public announcement away! If everyone everywhere would settle your petty disagreements! And could see eye to eye with me!

  12. Pay the American people a one time brilliant pay out of one trillion! For all would be legal fire arms owners! The peace shall be sweet!

  13. There’s nothing more lucrative than investing in crypto, more Especially in this pandemic

  14. In order to be a black hero, one has to be a felon and to die in a confrontation with “the white people.”
