Damning messages reveal Fox News’ executives mocking Trump’s lies

The most prominent stars and highest-ranking executives at Fox News privately ridiculed claims of election fraud in the 2020 election, despite the right-wing channel allowing lies about the presidential contest to be promoted on its air, damning messages contained in a court filing revealed. The messages, included in a legal filing as part of Dominion Voting System’s $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox News, showed that Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham brutally mocked lies being pushed by former President Donald Trump’s camp asserting that the election was rigged. #CNN #News

  1. These aren’t stupid people, they know the effect their rhetoric is having but they’re all making a ton of money, so they just keep on lying with no end in sight.

    1. @SB-NaFeTs I do not automatically believe anyone. I listen to right wing media all the time, and I know they are more dishonest compared to the other side. it is all in the actions.

    2. @Wilbert Johnson Wilbert, get with the facts. BLM took everybody for a big ride. They enriched themselves off the blood of poor black people and took the money and disappeared. You don’t need to stand up for a garbage movement like that. Furthermore, CNN did fan the flames. They lied about the true nature of the “protests”, understated the violent nature of what was going on there, excused the murders, assaults, theft, and arson that occurred as part of the process, and painted white people, in particular white cops, out to be some sort of an enemy. You are simply wrong. The defund the police movement has been an epic failure. Nothing good came from all that garbage. Minority big cities are more dangerous than ever.

    3. @Scigirl They knowingly lied about trumps Charlottesville statement. They still lie about it to this day. They never corrected it.

  2. Awhile back I started chuckling while telling people; “I feel like I’m living in a Sci-Fi depiction of a dystopian future”. Back in the day, when we stood in line at the supermarket checkout and read the cover of the National Enquirer, we chuckled, understanding what it was. When we watched Soylent Green, Running Man, Roller Ball, “V” For Vendetta, Demolition Man, and Blade Runner we smirked thinking those depictions of news broadcasts & media control could never be real. Today, for many people, the National Enquirer and FOX is the news, Corporations, Oligarchs, & Media are now running the show.
During SHS’s Declaration I suddenly felt like I was watching an updated version of Max Headroom. I felt like I was being fed the daily fix by a computer-generated depiction of a human being. I literally screamed “OMFG” The Sci-Fi writers weren’t depicting, they were predicting.

    1. @Sl1m nice try but comparing Fox to CNN is like comparing the NY Times to the National Enquire lol. The NY Times at least tries to be credible lol

    1. @the milk manSo Fox leans democrat? Think for two seconds before you open your mouth and let your drool spill onto the ground.

    2. Ratings equal money…. ratings equals more FOX stock market shares purchased…which lines the pockets of the owner, the stockholders, the presenters like Tucker Carlson, Hannity, etc. They have all sold their souls. Period.

    3. Yea just like cnn and rest of clown media did with Russia collusion. And host of other lies used to get ratings.

  3. Sane Americans are traumatized by the lack of sensibility among some Americans. It’s like some are in a time warp and have been hibernating for the last 50 years.

    1. And like they are not dumb enough, let’s get rid of the book, as long as they don’t know what and what is down.

  4. I don’t mind to hear truth from both sides, but I am fed up hearing lies from Fox News. It’s sad that Tucker gets away with spreading lies

    1. Tucker just does what he knows is popular. It is called running a business. If you have a problem with that, you are probably a communist.

  5. This is nothing a thinking person hasn’t known. I hope they end up bankrupt and lose any sponsors they have. They have caused so much damage.

  6. Unfortunately even with evidence of all their wrongdoing, their viewers will continue to believe the lies. It’s sad really.

    1. At least they don’t promote creepy porn lawyer to be the next President!!🤣🤣🤣
They are more right on issues than the lefts state funded media!!

  7. It amazes me that the producers and editors at FOX would have not run their stories past the legal department first before airing to avoid just this thing.
It proves once again that the hard right of politics is just plain stupid and never gives a single thought to the possible repercussions of their actions and claims…

    1. When your main objective is to feed your audience with lies on a daily basis, you are likely to be disconnect from reality. They live in that environment of lies, it becomes a habit. Habits are hard to break.
It’s similar to the way a thief would operate, unable to consider the pros and cons of carrying out the crime.

    2. Thank god they didn’t. I don’t think your average Fox News audience member will pay any attention to this lawsuit. But at least there’s undeniable proof for the rest of us who don’t have our heads in the sand.

  8. Since the tweets between Hannity, Tucker, and Laura were “personal” I wonder if Dominion can go after them personally for Libel.

  9. The interviewer and commentator in this segment could not be more wrong about Fox’s motivation in lying. It is not about”telling the audience what the audience wants to hear” – it is about Rupert Murdoch’s conservative agenda and telling the audience what Fox TRAINED the audience to want to hear.

    1. You have a point. Nevertheless it has been apparent that a lot of the MAGA viewers watch Carlson, Hannity, etc. to hear what they already want to believe. They seemingly don’t care if is really true or not.

  10. All in Fox hosts should be held accountable it’s unfortunate that lies are spoken as truth to millions of viewers.

    1. Its all part of the propaganda that they push through their channels.
