What an absolute disgrace. The USA legal system is seriously flawed. In fully developed legal systems with a Statute of Limitations where actions have tobe taken within 6years of the event or 6 years of becoming an adult. This opens the door for total injustice.
Its a civil lawsuit. Statute of limitations still stands. He can’t be criminally charged.
