Also, half of the J6 committee have their JD and were practicing lawyers—including one Assistant US Attorney and one constitutional law professor. It’s ridiculous to suggest that the J6 committee didn’t gather evidence and lay out their report and referrals with an eye to criminally charging Trump and his cronies. That’s exactly what they *did* do.

Obviously what Trump didn’t incite violence, but it was a shame the Capitol wasn’t secure on a day a million protestors were expected as we all know massive crowds have the potential to get out of control.

Obama has a warehouse full of them and Hillary destroyed 33,000 classified emails so Trump can’t be held to a different standard regarding documents. Common sense should also tell you Trump calling a state he believed he won to find legitimate votes he thought he had is also not a crime.
