David Laufman, a former Justice Department counterintelligence chief who investigated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's possession of classified documents, reacts to more than 30 subpoenas issued to people in former President Donald Trump's orbit and the former president's ongoing fight against the DOJ over the appointment of a special master to oversee the agency's Mar-a-Lago investigation. #CNN #News

    1. @Kelli R. can you say … I pledge the 5th? I was told trump use it 430 times… hum… anyone wants to make a bet ? 10 to 1 odds … I got Venmo?

    2. @Kelli R. SUBPOENA is not criminal .. they need someone to squeal so they can collect evidence… I’m laughing as I type … ha ha

  2. Muddy the waters, confuse the Judge, which considering she’s a trump appointment and has already made her bias known with her first ruling wont be hard.

    1. @Tony Bryant Do you really believe the garbage you post or are you one of those who can’t stand silence and just have to fill it with noise ?

  3. DJT was back in DC today and at his golf course, but not playing golf. Just walking around with a dozen gangster-types apparently conducting “business”. He’s in such deep do-do, and as the walls close in, he’ll be increasingly desperate to find ways to avoid the slammer. Should be interesting to watch.

    1. @Aesop531 when Aesop Rock came out with his song “Kirby”, he wasn’t talking about “George Kirby”, he was talking about his cat. #FunFacts

    2. @Robert Draper Sean played a long list on Fox of all the crimes that Trump has had public scrutiny over.
He should have played it slower.

  4. Will the sheet for brains judge ask the lawyers, “did or did not Trump de-classify the docs”? If yes, then we all want to see them. We also want to know what is the daily fine for the overdue library books?

    1. @Syyner 2 comments?

      Wow you’re SUPER triggered 🤣🤣🤣

Must’ve been the groomer comment that pissed you off so much 😅

    2. @Heather11268 I had a TS clearance in the military. A corrupt judge does not change law. You will see. No one has a right to take gov docs home no matter what classification. An ex president does not have a need to know without permission. By the way go shout at someone that you can scare. Semper fi.

  5. That’s like saying that Jeffrey Dahmer’s crime was merely a storage issue. Get our secret military documents back!! and throw this criminal traitor in a cell for the rest of his life.

  6. There’s no need for a special master because all seized documents are evidence of criminal activity where the very act of commingling private documents with TOP SECRET/SCI documents outside a SCIF is a violation of 18 USC § 793(f). The accused thief of the classified documents has no rights to now claim the proprietary interest in otherwise private docs because they prove illegal unauthorized access to classified docs in an unsecure facility after the docs were stolen. Moreover, each document has forensic evidence of who may have unlawfully accessed the TS/SCI docs and whether trump and his attorneys obstructed justice. A special master would only delay justice and contaminate the forensic evidence.

    1. @Lea Garner It’s embarrassing for him to not be held accountable. He continues to make this country weaker in the eyes of the world.

    2. @John DiGiacomo Trump has declassified all the documents prior to taking them home. Nothing to see here.

    3. @CynJ Williams the point of the special master is to delay the court proceedings until Trump will enjoy immunity again. Let’s hope that this ploy will work. Its an act o f genius.

  7. The DEFENDANT already got to appoint the judge in this case.
That “judge” has already committed #ObstructionOfJustice on the #DEFENDANT’S behalf
I think the Prosecutors should be able to pick the #SpecialMaster which is in #NoWay justifiable.

    1. There must be a very limited number of people with the security clearance and qualifications to be considered. I would expect that the DOJ would have to supply the examiner.

    2. @John DiGiacomo ‘There must be a very limited number of people with the security clearance and qualifications to be considered. I would expect that the DOJ would have to supply the examiner.’ A couple of days ago, they already agreed to a Special Master from President Trump’s picks; the judge just has to agree to what both parties agreed to or chose her own.

    3. CynJ Williams, at this point the judge herself is on shaky ground. Her initial ruling was considered to be poorly researched and had no real legal grounds.

  8. No this is simple Theft and unlawful possession. Trying to deny, Defy and distract to delay is not going to help them. The time to own your actions train has left the station.

    1. You know, when I rob a bank* and have my loot at home, that’s just a storage issue, right?

      No?

*Note that the contents of said bank are probably not an issue of national security.

  9. Document storage dispute? That’s like Bonnie & Clyde arguing that the money they stole from the bank was just as safe stored in their basement. They still STOLE it. OMG his attorneys are sorely lacking in the intelligence department. DELAY, DELAY, DELAY.

  10. I want to see Trump take the stand and answer questions just like Hilary did, broadcast on national tv in prime time for everyone to see. 🙂

    1. @Tootsla 125 you know she was found guilty of doing it, but not charged because comey said he couldn’t prove if she did it knowingly
