You guys just fired a bunch of your “hero” staff because they didn’t subject to a medical procedure. These here are self inflicted wounds!
Nurses et al., abuse overtime so bad. The general public has no idea. They actually don’t work hardly any overtime yet the way the contracts are written allows for massive unworked overtime draws. 4 hours of overtime worked can often equal 40 hours paid.
Fix that and redirect the funds.
Keep firing those HCW.
