    1. @lycan he’s the one who said I don’t need a ride I need ammunition the fights already here. He’s been there with his men fighting he hasn’t left. That’s something a leader does that’s something a man does. He stood his ground so yes I commend him. It is not easy to send men to their death. It is not easy to stand and fight when you do not know whether or not you will win or whether or not you can live through that battle. Yet he has done this.

  1. My dad was a WW2 veteran and passed away in 2017, and he always told me that history can repeat itself at anytime in history. And we are seeing it right now. Slava Ukraine and thanks for fighting for our freedom🇺🇦🇺🇸.

  2. Zelenskiy never fails to impress me in his interview. His determination to keep his country whole has given the meaning for Ukraine to continue fighting. He is wiser than most of the leaders in 21st century, a truly admirable president.

  3. What an amazing President. I’m with Ukraine til the end. Putin is rebuilding the Soviet Union and it’s less costly to stop him now than to endure another cold war. Besides we spent more in one week during the height of the Afghanistan war than we have in six months in Ukraine and not one American soldier has been lost.

    1. What? Too many dollar store war tourists have been sacrificed! Haven’t you seen the store hours and empty shelves? They’re not coming back…

  4. Such a brave, Intelligent and diplomatic leader. I will never stop praying for you and your team, even after your victory is complete. Keep on pushing. Never say fail.

    1. U mean comedian if he was smart he would have kept ukrain nice and developed by getting a deal not join nato that’s all it needed and he could have eaten his cake from both side have good relations with EU and Russia but hey now look at ukrain I know they wining the war but at what cost how many died and infrastructure destroyed could have been all avoided with pen paper and some heads who are clude on. Just look at his eyes all u need to know to don’t get caught up with hype probanganda from the media but look actually what’s going one ukrain is being used by US nothing more nothing less

  5. When asked about the thousands of dead on the Ukrainian side, you can see the pain and sense of responsibility in Zielinski’s eyes. That’s why he is a good leader: he doesn’t see the army or the citizens as pawns, but as real people, who he was elected to lead. His strength is in his personal feelings of real accountability to the people and his resolve to do right by them as a duty and promise, rather than seeing his office as a position of power for personal gain. And that quality is exactly why Putin hates him so much.

  6. This man’s maturity, values, bravery, and understanding of the world makes our US politicians look like children by comparison

  7. Zelensky has shown tons of courage, grace, and dignity through this whole situation. Despite everything, he still manages to hold his own against Putin…and that I admire.

  8. Fair play to the interpreter for getting through that one. He was clearly nervous and it’s a really tough job when you think about it.

  9. My cynicism toward modern day politicians always crops up when I see images of Zelensky. Then I hear him talk and see the sincerity and earnestness with which he desires to guide his people through this tragedy and I realize more and more that, impossibly, he’s a modern day hero.

    1. @Bojourner Southern So? What’s your point? You hired a failed businessman, tv reality host to preside over your country. ROFLMFAO

    2. Modern day Hero, Yes he talks bad, and he is making a lot of money. while the Ukraine working people are paying with their blood and guts. Its easy when you stay safe.

    3. Hope u are kid, and dont know what u write. He stold lot of money send as help to Ukraine, and pushing his people in certan death. Thats your hero.

  10. Keep on fighting President Zelensky! We the majority of the people in USA will support you, and will keep on praying 🙏🏻 for you and your people for ever more!!🙏🏻💙😇

  11. I just want to share this with whoever comes across this comment; my entire social sphere – family, friends, coworkers – have at some point in the past month or 2 engaged with me about Ukraine and their emotional connection to their fight.. all categories of political affiliation are represented in this group – so when I hear people allude to this concept that Republicans don’t support Ukraine, I think that’s simply false. Only the extremist MAGA portion of the House is against maintaining assistance to Ukraine, and that’s because they are immoral people. The majority of Americans still support arming and aiding Ukraine, depending on which poll you use anywhere from 54% to 67% in favor. Same with sanctions. America stands with Ukraine.

  12. Ukrainians have proven to be incredibly determined and courageous. Our help was important, but their determination was essential, without which they never would have succeeded, even with all the help in the world. The world will never forget Ukrainian bravery amid incredible suffering. Many Americans will want to travel to Ukraine after the war to help rebuild the hundreds of structures that have been destroyed by the Russian onslaught.

  13. In recent times,we have seen the so-called “Representatives of the People” fleeing their countries when a war broke out.We have seen these folks getting away with their lives, without having any sort of intervention in their luxurious life. But this man,is an exception.Even when he has the entire planet on his side,he chose to fight to the end. When he could escape the country like a coward,he chose not to.When even the greatest of heores were forced to flee their countries,he did not.I never knew him, neither was I meant to,perhaps.Maybe he is not perfect, maybe some of his policies are flawed(Why shouldn’t it be?We all are humans.).But in the end,he is the man chosen by God.

Glory to Ukraine and it’s magnanimous leader!🇺🇦

    1. Respectfully disagree. When a country is being invaded, it is vital for there to be some sort of functioning government. I have been as impressed as anybody with Zelenskyy’s bravery, but that isn’t always the best option. If the country is overrun, it is important to have a government in exile to work with leaders of the world to gather support. Behind the scenes, Ukraine probably did have a contingency plan for such an eventuality.

  14. This is a real leader. I listened to his independance day speech. Inspiring. Ukraine is firmly on the map. And the Ukrainian heart is unbeatable.
