Joy Reid On New Voting Restrictions In Georgia | The ReidOut | MSNBC

Here’s what Joy Reid thinks of the new voting restrictions passed in Georgia: "Let's be clear for everybody who's watching right now. What Republicans are saying is they're going to make it torture for you to vote in line by having fewer machines, beat-up machines … where Black folks live, suburbs where Black people live. Make it impossible or torture for you to in line. And they’re going to make it impossible for you to vote by mail.” Aired on 03/26/2021.

    1. @The Truth Is Out 777 the republicans intent on stealing elections are so obivous that it is a sign of stupidity to deny it….

    2. @The Truth Is Out 777 I’m a scandinavian btw and as you know we are well educated, so deep down u know im right.

  1. The Kentucky Senator, a jim crow relic, spent so much time in his shell that he missed the roughly 250 bills in 43 States targeting voter suppression. 😂😂

  2. What happened to government of, for and by the people ? The person in the GA state capital is no friend of the people especially Black voters.

    1. @Redskin Ridah The area of concern for the former president was areas where Black voters were concentrated and frankly, where he lost the most votes. The GOP’s aim is to fix that for next time. The South is notoriously guilty and has a deadly history of voter suppression in the Black community. This is the new Jim Crow

  3. could it be that the current “majority”…
    fears becoming the “minority”…
    because they wrote the rules…
concerning the treatment of the “minority”…
and that way of being treated horrifies them…

    1. They cannot just legislate Democracy away… It’s not that simple… as the pundits and news reporters would – by their ambition – have us believe.

  4. This is tyranny, everyone should stand up! If they’ll go after the rights of one demographic what’s to stop them from going after all!

  5. Suggest the voters take a backpack with their water & a snack you can defeat these disgusting laws – you can also take the portable seat

  6. The Republicans commit insurrection and then take away voting right, and they try to make it seem fair.

    1. They have never ‘played’ fair. The systems in place allowed them to carry out their practices for decades. Now, that people are calling them out on their b.s. (belief systems), the Rascals are moving the goal posts.

  7. The rest of us are watching America destroy itself. And we know it is not minority America destroying America, but white America.

  8. How did he even pass this bill? Where did it come from? Who wrote it? Who voted for it? Was there even a vote? How can he do that?

  9. Time for the Supreme Court to weigh in. Also time for President Biden to seriously consider expanding the Supreme Court.

  10. “The statements I made cannot be believed by a reasonable person. Yes, the same statements I presented as facts in court to judges for months.” -Sidney Powell

  11. This is very sad and heartbreaking. This country is moving backward and all because of some fat, orange stain who couldn’t accept loss.

    1. No it’s the “whites” saying enough to the “blacks” that look like the lady on the right. It’s a cold civil war.
