I have my one of my undergrad degrees in journalism & I truly believe in our first amendment right for the freedom of the press especially for media with opposing political views to mine because we should have healthy debate. However Fox needs to be forced to take news off of their title because what they have been doing doesn’t even fall into that grey area of what can be considered news. When I was in undergrad we had to take ethics & communications law classes because of what went on during the era of Yellow Journalism. This is as blatant a case of liable that I’ve ever seen & in no way was Fox just reporting something that was newsworthy. They need to be made to pay & pay big and I just wish the court could force each and every one of those host to go on air & tell everyone they lied and they did it for ratings.
