  1. this person had issues with the board members. yes, mental health could be part of it but there is more to it then this guy is letting on. sad for him and his victims

  2. why dindnt you work things out with him? you drove him over the edge. Condo board and the lawyers need to be investigated

  3. “In 2022, the condo board took Villi to court yet again, arguing that he failed to comply with previous court orders and that he should be directed to move out of his unit within 30 days.”
His next court date was set for Dec 19th 2022. 🤔

  4. Atta boy. This was beautiful. I’m proud of you for what you’ve said. It was very well spoken. and my condolences to you and yours. Praying for you all.

  5. Typical condo boards. Not justifying the shooting, but having this go on for 4 years is just ridiculous. How difficult were his problems (seemed justified) to solve? Seems like the condo board is turning this around and making it seem like the shooter had mental health issues and I love how they insert the word “electromagnetic waves” to make it look like he’s insane. You don’t know what being “pushed to the edge” does to a sane person. Shame on the board and the money-hungry lawyers. Residents of this building should start with a class suit against the board + lawyers involved.

  6. Wondering why the condo board didn’t do anything to fixed the gunman’s condo flat and see if they could’ve fixed the problem that he was complaining about before he went ballistic and started shooting the board memebers?

    1. Condo boards work extremely hard to not actually do anything. You don’t want to open the floodgates for owners requests and greivances.
      It’s a form of art.

    1. Condo boards are notoriously filled with nobodies with little experience but can exercise power trips affecting people’s daily quality of life.

  7. ❤Every Canadian should have the right to own weapons for self defense. Criminals will always come with firearms, law abiding citizens m
MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE ARMED FOR SELF DEFENSE!!! ESPECIALLY WONEN , OUT ALONR AT NIGHT. THIS IS ON TRUDEAU

  8. This type of things are why things like Condo Controllers and HOA need to be outlawed! Investigate the board and they most likely will find that someone ” Karen /Chad” tried to exert unjust rules! Yes I feel sorry for the families of the victims however, again, groups like this need to be outlawed!

  9. Blame the situation on a corrupt condo board that caused human misery that caused a senior to snap. Never mind gun control they need much better condo regulations that protect condo owners.
