Isn’t funny….Why en how are businesses not able to measure the hight of these over passes to have proper measures in place. How ignorant of the business…..
It is the driver not the business.
These incidences are no surprise when you see what drives most trucks now. Truck drivers used to be considered professional drivers, now they’re nothing more than poorly trained drones, with no consideration for the public or it’s safety!
It’ all about $$$. Real drivers cost too much.

It isn;t politcally correct……but I recall back int he 80’s working on subdivisions in Surey…overhearing a foreman asking for a load of road material and stating to the dispatcher…”no turbans”…

We have the same problem here in the GTA (Brampton). If you mention the obvious you are label as a “racist”. Many truck drivers all from India quickly getting their AZ truck license and guess who the testing instructor is? Their Indian cousins! Remember the Humboldt truck driver? yep Indian. More oversight in the trucking business is needed

There are such horrible clueless semi drivers now a days. Better instructors, more stringent licensing and steeper fines are needed.

They cut corners by cutting bridges? These are crooks causing substantial vandalism and putting the public at risk. Throw the owner in Jail.
Enhanced fines? How about they pay to fix the damage. Not tax payers

great way to replace equipment that’s broken and not worth fixing. Get the insurance to buy it, probably insured and it only has 500 fine LOL
It should be WAY harder to get a driver’s license. It should be regarded as a privilege, not a right.
