  1. We must adapt to the changes.. Should move the houses that are fully submerged OR raise them enough to not be submerged… along with the others on the edge..
    rotate crops that are beneficial in these environments, like Rice fields for example…
    Insurance does not include flood insurance for “overland” flooding, just for flooding through the drain pipes in the houses…
