    1. @Stephen Orgill Democrats are in charge so there is no need for a power sharing agreement. Harris is head of the senate like the constitution says. Dems need to do as the constitution says.

  1. Trump has two parts of a brain: ‘left’ and ‘right’.

In the left side there’s nothing right.
And in the right side there’s nothing left.

    1. Turtles flipped onto they’re back are defenceless and helpless. Whenever I come across a turtle in this position I try to flip it back right side up ever if it’s an ornery snapping turtle but in McTurtle Mitch’s case I’d bake him in the sun.

    1. Schumer’s been a weak coward for so long he doesn’t know how to do anything except surrender as his idea of “negotiation”.

    2. Like there will be justice. Justice is defined as letting wealthy criminals go free. Welcome to America.

    1. @Anthony Voss Back him in the 2016 Presidential election. It’s right there in the first three paragraphs of the article:
      ——————————————————————–
Democratic donors on Wall Street and in big business are preparing to sit out the presidential campaign fundraising cycle — or even back President Donald Trump — if Sen. Elizabeth Warren wins the party’s nomination.

In recent weeks, CNBC spoke to several high-dollar Democratic donors and fundraisers in the business community and found that this opinion was becoming widely shared as Warren, an outspoken critic of big banks and corporations, gains momentum against Joe Biden in the 2020 race.

“You’re in a box because you’re a Democrat and you’re thinking, ‘I want to help the party, but she’s going to hurt me, so I’m going to help President Trump,’” said a senior private equity executive, who spoke on condition of anonymity in fear of retribution by party leaders. The executive said this Wednesday, a day after Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced that the House would begin a formal impeachment inquiry into Trump.

  2. McConnell acted like an absolute dictator whenever he could – he regularly disrespected the democratic process and deserves no respect in return.

    1. Moscow McConnell has lost control of the Senate, and the GOP.
His intense opposition to serving the people will be reversed.
His ability to cover vast right wing corruption has ended, and the leaders of the corrupt treasonous GOP are terrified.

  3. Oh” boy” here we go again! McConnell BLOCKED bills for 12 years he has a mountain of bills just sitting on top falling off the edge never allowed to be voted on! HE DOESN’T DESERVE ONE OUNCE OF RESPECT! SHAME ON YOU SCHUMER!!!

    1. @Pre Cognition …I say that the Senate get rid of the filibuster all together… it’s not in the Constitution and is just another obsolete means of catering to the southern white supremacists…

    2. SAY IT LOUD! I am DISGUSTED!

I thought we don’t negotiate with terrorists? Only “Terrorists” would egg on a full blown riot at the state capital, AFTER allowing MILLIONS of Americans to go hungry, and face eviction during the Holidays of all times.

    3. @Greg K Getting 60 votes was not the issue. Turtle boy not bringing up the bills for a vote was.

Remember, we had about 10 Republicans wanting to pass the Hero’s Act, but McConnel refused to bring it up for a vote.

    1. @JJ Agreed, so let’s stop bagging on the Democrats and let them work out a bipartisan way to remove the t-clan from politics. (It’s toxic enough without them in the mix.)

    1. Relying on establishment Dems to draw concessions is like going car-shopping with that one friend that SUCKS at negotiating. E.g., their initial “counter-offer” for a 5K used car is 4,999K, excluding taxes and fees.

  4. Funny how democrats gain control, and the repubs want to CONTROL the democrats. Repubs get control, and they forget the democrats exist!

    1. Yep! Weak Sauce!

If they allow the Republicans to control them, we are doomed.

Either we live with Republican Corporate Control.

      OR

We vote them out, and still live with Republican Corporate Control over the US.

  5. Democrats need to stop being soft and allowing Republicans to always get their way. Schumer better get things done for all those who voted trump out

    1. @911 Mining & Prospecting You don’t understand the difference between protests and riots, or reality and fantasy for that matter.

    2. @Joseph Stanhope ya BLM and Anita riots were not peaceful, maybe some but dozens of people work killed and hundreds injured…unless you only watch CNN or left wing media they will only show you the summer of love.

    3. Democrats are far from being soft. Where were democrats when destruction of businesses and riots taking place against law enforcement?? Ok there?
