My last home in Sherwood Park AB..My neighbor a member of the Edmonton City Police , I would class him as a psychopath yet he can have guns and wear one on his hip..So who is really knows who a psychopath is ??
Remember a female RCMP could not hold her firearms as this shooter had her handgun and assault firearm came from the RCMP cruiser..
The real story is anyone can get access to guns from any Police cruiser..
It was on the news a week or two ago his girlfriend did report him but no investigation was opened. That was the one and only time I heard it. Cover up???
It has been reported that a prior neighbour reported to police that the shooter had illegal weapons. They were told the Police could do nothing without pictures. The police have many failures here.
Humans have rights. You cannot search a residence without evidence. That will never change unless you want to give up freedom and liberties.

I just don’t understand why he was allowed to have vehicles that were so much like police vehicles.
Also why was he allowed to have police uniforms.
It’s been said that LE knew he had a vehicle.
I think LE knew more than they are saying.
No he did not ‘snap.’ He planned this.
Why can’t these experts talk about domestic violence?

A clear warning sign is that the shooter first hand cuffed or restrained his girl friends so that they could not fight back and then beat them up.

I saw the interview with the lady that used to be his neighbor. I believe she talked to the police about him but they probably didn’t fill out a report if their excuse for not doing anything was that they needed pictures. What an unbelievable situation!

It was premeditated. The problem is no matter how many acquaintances “snitch”, which our culture discourages, we don’t have any mechanism which ensures mental health interventions without consent. It’s not working.
