    1. You do realize that any interest rate increases, property tax increases and increases in value will all be passed on to the renter. Landlords will not absorb the additional expenses.

  5. 1, Ban foreign investors
    2, limit the of rental properties families can own (as a whole, no loop holes)
    3, limit amount of rentals in neighborhoods
    4, Mandate a percentage of affordable homes be built, aka :war time homes

  6. Get rid of the property tax. Only foreigners/corporations/developers pay a property tax. If a Canadian owns a home – residential and/or commercial and if they pass away then the home should automatically get turned over to a blood relative.
