Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos says effective April 1, fully vaccinated travellers will no longer need to show a pre-arrival negative test to enter Canada, but also reminded Canadians that all measures are subject to review and will be adjusted as the epidemiological situation evolves across the country and abroad.
