Dwayne Haskins was trying to cross an interstate on foot when he was hit, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Dwayne Haskins was killed early Saturday morning after he was hit by a dump truck near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He was 24.

Haskins, who would have turned 25 on May 3, comes one month after he re-signed with the Steelers, where he had aspirations to become the starting quarterback before his life was tragically cut short.

    1. I watched every snap of the 2018 season for Ohio State. Trust me, there is nothing mobile about Dewayne Haskins. He could throw with the best of them, but couldn’t run for anything.
