@SpaceJamz YT I think the point Louise is trying to make is that Canada chronically runs large deficits, and we can’t afford what we currently spend and need to borrow more money every year to cover the costs. So, not that I’m against getting this increased spending in healthcare because the healthcare system needs some help, but I think it would be more appropriate to say that this extra $46 billion is going to come from lenders (specifically bond holders).
Free education for healthcare. That’s an immediate solution. Come to think about it, wouldn’t an all free education system be a net gain?
Housing is healthcare. Clearly needs an emergency act. The feds need to start setting standards .
