The Pentagon released footage of what it says is a Russian aircraft dumping fuel on an unmanned U.S. drone, damaging the propeller and forcing U.S. controllers to crash land device in the Black Sea on Tuesday.

"Two Russian Su-27 aircraft conducted an unsafe and unprofessional intercept with a U.S. Air Force intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance unmanned MQ-9 Reaper operating within international airspace," the Pentagon said in a release issued with the video.

  1. they spent 30 minutes trying to take it down. Obviously they were on a mission to get it in one piece. A nice contribution to the Russian Iranian drone program no doubt. but hey, no m e a n t w e a t s

    1. What should we do if a Russian or Chinese drone flys a couple miles from the borders of USA while still in international waters?

  2. Why is the US flying drones in that area?, Was the transponder on?, Did Russia already have birds up or did they scramble in response to an unidentified object inbound?, This is a normal response to this type of situation.

  3. It looks pretty clear that Pentagon vehicle was wrong lane driving, fail to use directional, fail to yeld to the law enforcement vehicle, currently parked to the Black Sea

  4. So the real Maverick is actually a Russian pilot…That is the coolest air-maneuver in aviation history. This RU pilot, one talented individual with impressive set of skills!!!🤩🤩🤩

  5. So to recap (after watching several of these video releases):
    1) The pentagon released a 50-second video
    2) The video shows both SU-27 switching off afterburners to slow down the engines as they duct excess fuel used as maximum directed jet wash to push down on the Reaper
    3) The Reaper weighs a little over 4 TONS – it’s not a small object in the sky!
    4) We didnt see the jets flying by a “dozen times” as the pentagon stated.
    5) After both jets pass, we dont see ANY debris, nothing broken off the Reaper and the propeler (after both passes) is still INTACT!

How about the Russian superior technology managed to effectively use their electronic counter-measure and send the Reaper scuba-diving? Our government is lying to use, yet again to drag us into a war

    1. well said. This is good for brain dead people. No offense . After getting hit the drone flew asif nothing happened ? Humm

  6. When the pentagon edited the video and inserted a “damaged blade” they forgot to paint the yellow tip as the others. Bent doesnt mean cut or removed. So we should be able to see the yellow tip!

  7. Russian military are underway to trying to recover the secret latest spy Reaper drone in the Black Sea now!😮 The Reaper got it rear propeller clipped by the Russian fighter plane causing it to go down before getting dump of aviation fuel poured onto it by a second fighter😂

  8. So, the Ruzzians are getting desperate – and SPOOKED! This was INTERNATIONAL airspace.
That’s what happens when you’re LOSING a war you thought you’d win in THREE days…
    We stand with Ukraine! 💪💪
