A plane piloted by a Queens assemblyman was forced to make an emergency landing on Long Island beach on March 17.
Video footage recorded by a local resident who was walking her dog shows the plane landing roughly on the beach following an engine malfunction.
Both people aboard the plane were reported safe and uninjured according to local reports.
