‘Record breaking’: Latest update on wildfires and poor air quality across British Columbia

The unseasonably hot, dry weather is proving to be a challenge for emergency crews responding to wildfires in B.C., according to the province.

In Northern B.C.’s Peace Region, a number of large fires continue to grow, prompting evacuation orders.

    1. The Female Firefighters themselves. If you don’t believe me, search for the May 04 headline ” How a fire went from ‘prescribed burn’ to out of control in an instant near Banff “.

    1. You keep posting this. Drones can’t carry that much weight. The remote range is limited too so one have to stand in the fire almost to control them. Updrafts from the heat would make it difficult for them as well. Think about it.
