    1. @Kevin NYC Trump is the biggest threat to America in over a decade. So it’s only natural that most Americans will be concerned and obsess a bit until the threat is removed.

    2. Its amazing how if we could just flip the script by morning and changed to a democrat as president and watch in amazement how they all fall into party lines against the very thing they said the day before. Such tribalism no honor or integrity!

    3. By genuine Republicans, do you mean Reagan Republicans? Or Bush Republicans? I don’t see any evidence of lessons learned–by either party.

    4. As one I knew. Half of our party is fighting the other half. The cult of Trump versus sane Republicans. I believe that many Democrats have more logic and morals that the Trumpist. Watch someone in the comments call me out as a non Republican even if I share lots of the same ideas of policies as them but just hate Trump and how much he is dragging our party down with the country.

  1. That’s nice but if they are serious then they should be pushing their Senators to remove him with the impeachment.

    1. @Some Person I am not sure if Trump supporters don’t care about facts, don’t understand facts, or really live in an alternate reality where the things they say actually happened

    2. How many of these self-proclaimed Abe Lincoln Republicans are ready to fall in line behind Trump’s bosom buddy Rand Paul the moment Trump is out of office?

    1. Those morons at Fox would bolt the doors shut before they give this group air time! I hope that they do but I won’t hold my breath….

  2. Trump has no party loyalty. He was a Democrat most of his life. He’s been an Independent twice under two different parties. He will throw any Republican under the bus in a heartbeat if it serves him. Why is the GOP selling their soul to protect this guy?

    1. bobmatzke Trump has skimmed around different parties and not that many people wanted him, including the dems, which is why he hates them so much.

    1. These words chock in my throat – Romney was (is) right. So why isn’t he bellowing this truth at every opportunity to his fellow Republicans?

    2. “Prophetic speech at the beginning there.
Turned out to be 100% correct.”
Prophetic? That speech was evidently AFTER the Trump University fraud was exposed. It’s not prophetic when you’re talking about things that are already happening.

  3. It’s far too late for this. I will never go back to the gutless GOP after hearing their silence for so long. To me, if you put party over country, you lose. End of story.

    1. I was an Independent and even though I still like Kasich, I ain’t messing with the GOP. I am done with them flat out.

    2. @Ged Farnan There have been Independents and the “Green Party” but the Reps /Dems have the money for advertising, setting up campaign offices in multiple states, etc….
Unfortunately it takes big money to gain traction.

    1. Heck, he is not allowed to have a charity as long as he lives and idiots gave him our Country to sell it for cheap. He would sell his mother’s grave if he could but not sure Putin is interested in that property.

    2. Icono clast
      – It is amazing and the sad part is that there are SO MANY people that believe in what he doe’s, that there is no chance of a Democrat being elected next year no matter who the DOC chooses as their nominee. A sad, sad situation.

  4. There are a few of them that might surprise us voting with the Dems for the Constitutional justice America deserves.

    1. Dont hold your breath. All republicans no matter who are so selfish and corrupt that they cant and will never be able to be trusted again.

    2. @Rod Allen The only sham will be the Senate trial, as the senate Republicans have promised it will be. No impartiality there.

    3. I am from Maine Susan Collins might vote against him but only if her vote doesn’t matter and Republicans get what they want

    4. @Rod Allen nope since trump’s got nothing to threaten the dems with unlike the Republicans scared of trump making his supporters turn on them

    1. @Dave Schultz the majority voted otherwise. Bsrr has also proven time and time again that his loyalty is to trump not the US.

    1. Chris M  …………..  We’ll need more than words of angst and apology that helped create this travesty and cultural abomination . Some Nuremberg style Tribunals, or how the Norwegians swiftly dispatched Quisling and other fascist criminals.

    2. How ironic that the last Republicunt President to be shot in Office was Reagan. He was shot by John Hinkley. Notice the banner behind Mitt , “The Hinkley Institution “. was that a subliminal message to us? Lol

    3. @Dave Schultz kinda like the genitals of this commentor, most Republicans, and Trump. I’m a part of the Republicans against Trump and we are more numerous than you think.

    1. @Janice Duncan yep no wall, North Korea not denuclearizing, Trump’s tariffs hurting American workers, tax cuts for the rich, no new “better” health plan. Yep he kept his promises alright.

    2. @Janice Duncan falling for what? Their plan to uphold the constitution while president bone spurrs smears it to the point he even called part of it “phony”?

    3. @Duke K wrong whites make up 62 percent of the population, 40 percent out the 62 percent are poor white people so basically over halve of the white population or poor and that’s who voted for trump , for good reasons because that’s who’s he’s helping POOR PEOPLE over 150 billion dollars poured into poor communities just at look up policies man you all are really rushing the new world order huh

    4. @Ronyfcb Farfan and the tariffs on mexico are paying for the fences smart huh being that they need us way more than we need them guy do more research

    1. They apparently do not want out since they have their tails tucked between their legs and are afraid of lying agent orange. They’re supporting his lies in plain public and distorting the law big time. Scary times.

    2. The Republicans want Trump out so much that they all don’t support this failed Coup attempt they call an impeachment.

But here is the truly funny thing. While all the Republicans stand behind Trump and don’t support impeachment. Not all of the Democrats stand by their party and some of them don’t support impeachment.

What does that tell you? Maybe you are blinded by your left wing extreme ideology? A pawn of the corrupt Nazi-esque media Machine?

Trump will be re-elected in 2020. And the Democratic party will suffer at the ballot box in 2020 because of this sham impeachment

  5. Mr Wilson, I have heard you speak, watched your arguments, on many occasions and you are a noble Republican. As a non-aligned person I feel you are a honest and forthright individual and I can trust you, you’ve never lied to me. I may not agree with your view on all policy issues, but I fundamentally trust your word. I hope you can save the Republican party, and I do fear for them, from the legacy Trump will leave them. Trump, at max, had only eight years to effect policy, but his damage to the party could take a generation or two to repair.

    1. Robin, the damage of trumpism will go far beyond 8 years. That the last bunch of honorable republicans recognize this threat should send chills down everyone’s spine. Yes, it is that bad!

  6. It makes me feel a little bit better to know that there are some Republicans out there who still have a soul.

    1. Don’t be fooled by this. Once a corporate shill, always a corporate shill. They just want to ditch the brand. Same applies to that other party.

  7. Watch, “The Brainwashing of my Dad.” Lots of insight into how Republicans have become so powerful. This has been a 40 year game plan.
