I dont wanna sound harsh or mean but you guys didn’t know that before you build your house. I don’t understand why people continue to build houses in land slide area .
People buy land. Good land. Government screwed up by not putting down good plans for waste and run/off.

Harbor View should not be having this problem. After the first 2 construction of the early sets of houses. The government should have stop building into the hillside. Taking down the trees and shrubbery just lets the water runs heavier faster and with more force. Government should have replanted 3 trees for each one that was taken down. They took out trees and shrubs. That help to disperse the water. They replace that with Asphalts and concrete. That became the perfect channels for rains. And Swimming pools. The rain Water accumulated. The ran towards the area of lease resistance.
