  1. I will be his truth translator. What he’s actually saying: “I will lift some restrictions for the summer. So enjoy it, because they will be back in september.”

    1. That is why we have to stay attentive, educate ourselves from different non-bias sources an keep our government officials in check

    2. Not to mention, it’s all political – as there’s an election come June. But yes, you’re correct: enjoy while you can as someone will sneeze or have diarrhea and the chief health officer will bring restrictions back.

    3. The mandates will only be back in September if we vote this dunce back in, which won’t happen. His political career is over. But if we vote liberal or NDP, *they* want the control of passports too, so please, Ontarians, STOP RE-ELECTING THE SAME TURKEYS YOU FIRED PREVIOUSLY!

    1. @Zab McAuley Have you been living under a rock? Like the last 2 years of small businesses being destroyed and big business being protected? couldn’t go to a small box store but I could go stand in a line a kilometer long at Costco. Wake up bud……

    2. @Ryan J I support supporting small businesses. Closing the border also harms small businesses and the truckers who are working to make sure their are supplies on the shelves. Ford only cares about big businesses absolutely.

I have been living under a rock/in my house because I am disabled and chronically ill. I’ve been supporting small businesses by ordering delivery from local companies.

    3. @Zab M How about ALL Canadians tell Trudeau to lift all mandates now so the truckers can go home and no one suffers another minute.

  2. You speak of the inconvenience of two weeks of protests and fail to speak of allll the great losses of the past two years of government control. Jobs lost and lives lost because of all the mandates

    1. @Ceri Rees the mandates are authoritarian. You really want the government to micromanage all of our health decisions?

    2. … and who would you vote for? liberal? ndp? cuz you want 10x more lockdowns and restrictions??? Ok numbnuts ok

    1. @Robert C. Christian & you’ll continue to bow down to your government overlords & lick the boots of big Pharma…actually believing that these politicians give a F about you, or that they’ll keep you safe.

    1. @Derek Ellis no ford is deflecting blame and passing it on to dr moore so he gets the blame learn politics bro

    2. @Derek Ellis your just a fool… He listens .. but his choice to act . A real leader would get different sides and opinions…not just one Big Pharma paid of “professional”..

  3. Hold the line till all covid mandates are gone, we know the game they are playing and it’s time for it to end!

    1. He is still forcing the kids to be masked. He is doing this for the upcoming election but we must vote him out. I say let the truck drivers take over their roles.

  4. Too late Doug, we want all mandates released and petition to throw the QR codes away. This is just a tactic to stop the protest.

    1. @Norm Jones He’s only doing it because an election is around the corner! Not for you or anyone else, it’s just self serving like his mandates that helped his net worth in 2019 3 million grow to 50 million by 2022. Just look it up!

    1. j.t. MUST have something Pretty Damning on Dougie who has been the Liberals willing servant since the beginnings of Covid.

    2. @Allielump Drink some more coolaid there ; you think the protesters are bandwagon jumpers? Way to parrot the PART LINE, COMMY

    3. @Allielump ограничения это не закон , они не имели никаких медицинских показаний , это был тепло и унижение, но рабам не понять.

  5. Remember when the Premier’s podiums all used to say “GET BOOSTED”? Very interesting to see they pulled those signs down.

    1. I dont think doug had much of a say he had to follow it like most governments had to but Rob Ford . Give the guy a break he did the best he could . Not fair to blame it on the premier which is what Ontario always does..

  6. I love how he opens with “These blockades are illegal” then proceeds to ask politely “Please move on and stop the protests”. He knows they are not illegal, thats why they haven’t arrested everyone.
