I’ve said it before I’ll say it again. With the exact same logic that the Supreme Court is using, ie the constitution doesn’t state this, one could decide the supreme court doesn’t have the right declare any policy or legislation unconstitutional, because it’s a power they decided to give themselves, not one they got from the constitution.
Except that virtually no other policies/legislation allow for the ending of a human life so there’s that……….

A clump of cells does not have a heartbeat. The heartbeat can be heard as early as 5 weeks , most abortions are not as early as this , most abortions are are done when the baby is in full shape. This is science and facts do research.
