Rudy Giuliani, Lindsey Graham and John Eastman subpoenaed by Fulton County DA in election probe

An Atlanta-area grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia has subpoenaed a handful of key Trump allies, including his former attorney Rudy Giuliani and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham, according to court filings. The subpoenas also cover a handful of Trump's other former legal advisers, including John Eastman, Jenna Ellis, Cleta Mitchell and Kenneth Chesebro. Former federal prosecutor Jennifer Rodgers joins CNN's Alisyn Camerota to discuss what these subpoenas mean in the ongoing Fulton County Grand Jury investigation.#CNN #News

  1. “Trump and I, we had a hell of a journey. I hate it being this way. I hate it being this way. All I can say is count me out. Enough is enough.”

    Lindsey Graham, 1/7

    1. @Matt Jackson it’s all on video babe. Not much to laugh at when you see people traveling on video to numerous ballot boxes. They have to laugh, they don’t have any other way to respond.

    2. @Passing through Time. You’ve been feeding on those nothing burgers, courtesy of BIG McDumbass Don.

  2. It’s uncommon to have a sitting senator subpoenaed because most senators don’t try to overthrow the government.

  3. Lindsey Graham is neck deep in this corruption. I hope he is found guilty and does some time.

  4. The call from Graham is why Raffensberger felt is was necessary to record the subsequent Trump call. He knew they would lie about the call and its content. Now, let’s see what this sniveling sycophant has to say under oath. I hope there are contemporaneous notes.

  5. So funny. Having these people subpoenaed and being asked questions whilst under oath. Whenever these people open their mouth they lie. Clearly have no moral values. Pointless process.

    1. Hmm, but if an accused lied under oath and is known to have lied under then that’s perjury.

So whatever happens the accused ends up in jail for a bit.

      Not all bad news, then.

  6. I hope I can speak for a large portion of us proud Georgians when I say “Trump, stay out of Georgia, you’re not welcome here.” We will always remember Shaye Moss and Lady Ruby Freeman, we Georgians will forever stand by them, so Trump stay out of our state, don’t come back, and do us a favor and take Marjorie Taylor Greene with you. This November, I will be voting for Marcus Flowers (D) over that of Marjorie Taylor Greene to be our state representative for District -14 here in Georgia.

    1. @judy britt Georgia will stay blue and as a result will impact positively other Red states to turn purple and finally blue.
All the best for this beautiful state that Georgia is!

    2. Yeah and take Andrew Pinocchio Clyde with you. I hope you have many “tourist visits” wherever you go!

    3. And you know what? If he does come to Georgia, which he might well do judging his ego, he would end up effing up the chances of the Rep candidates there. So it could be good either way.

  7. “All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have… Fellas, I need 11,000 votes, give me a break.”

    1. Yet Fulton County has 1.5 times the crime rate of the national average. Ya they know what their doing🤣🤣🤣🤣

    2. No need for tears, that is actually a good thing if any of these people are hiding pocket pardons, they(the pardons) would be worthless against State charges

    3. @5 It’s also one of the largest urban areas in the entire country, so of course they would have a higher crime rate. It’s a dense area, with many many more people than the national average.

  8. If their actions constituted violations of any statutes, just prosecute them on that basis. Lots of procedural theatrics regarding these matters don’t make any sense. And no one should be above the law. A sitting president or senator committing a crime should be prosecuted right there and the. They should be held accountable to even a higher standard and not the other way.

    1. I have a feeling that this is going to be their last chance to come clean before charges are filed.

    1. The fifth means they don’t want to incriminate themselves or do they want a fifth of booze cause they got caught. The fifth also means I am guilty as hell, it could also mean I’m waiting for my pardon before I say a thing

      Their followers fools
      The Grand Master a charlatan

  10. I feel like I’m watching a gaslighting show. Everyone can clearly see what they did and everyone wants to know IF they did something. They did. They did. And they should be held accountable.

  11. OMG, do my eyes and ears deceive me??? It’s about time the ball starts rolling! Pleeeeeease, please, please let justice prevail!! =)

  12. It’s about time !!! I would love to hear some of these corrupt people will finally get held accountable !!!

  13. I remember when this happened.
I thought no way he’ll be punished.
I thought power and privilege made a congressman immune to prosecution.
This is a step in the right direction, at least.
    We the people are watching.

    1. @TRUMP JR  imagine heisting a bank and in the trial have your fellow heisters sitting in the jury

    2. A step in the right direction perhaps, but it’s still a long way from actual accountability. And I just don’t have that kind of faith in the American justice system.

    3. Nothing is going to become of this because the democratic dream team is incapable of a victory.

  14. Lindsey Graham is going to have a heck of a time keeping his lies straight while under oath.

  15. Lindsey Graham said ” use my words against me. When he straight faced lied about a lot for Donnie and Mitch. This is going to be priceless. 😁
