  1. Boys learn different they are ore hands on put the in a trade school. U can never go broke once u a black man with a trade

    1. I was hoping that the additional two years in school would be geared towards a skill/trade, and not the regular school

  2. Without a good education, how are they going to survive in Jamaica 🇯🇲? I hope that they are not considering Chopping, because that’s not a good road. The Government needs to help the youths in Jamaica 🇯🇲. They need some type of outlet..

    1. Apprenticeship was the start…conmen created schooling and degrees to really…. make money out of learning. So me seet!

    2. THE GREAT THING IS THEY ARE NOT LAZY !!! IF ALL THE YOUNG MEN IN JAMAICA WERE LIKE THIS THERE WOULD BE NO PROBLEM AS THEY WOULD ALL GO AND LOOK WORK !

  3. For the past year we have been hearing the excuse that kids are not in school because they don’t have a tablet or computer. Yet the government is still asking Jamaicans to pay duty for tablets and computers during this period. Their excuse is that one or two persons who will benefit from this can already afford to pay the duty while hundreds of students suffer. I am very disappointed by that stance. With the high inflation that took place during covid, even those persons who could afford to import a tablet may have a harder time doing so as it will be almost like buying 2 tablets for the price of one.

  4. I would love to create a trade program here for the youth so they have proper guidance, learn trade, and be able to apply useful tools to succeed in life 🇯🇲💚

  5. Jamaica NEED better management NOW. Youths need a better way!!! Bless these youths for trying, even though a formal education is also ideal🇯🇲

  6. Give us another decade…when some of these kids become adults….then we will see what crime looks like in Jamaica….Lord help us….once we loose these children I don’t know how they will get them back into the fold….

  7. They still don’t go to school. I got a tablet for a youth in Jamaica. Paid for internet. He has not unfolded the opportunity. He choose to walk street and hang out with friends. These are the ones who will remain in poverty. .. they have no plans for the future and also too lazy to try.

  8. As humans we need face to face interaction, everything now is online and I think it’s to the detriment of all of us. We are social beings, school is so much more than books. It’s about learning social skills, how to interact, solving disagreements and it’s also a safety net for many children who maybe struggling at home and need help. These children with no education, no hope and no job will become all of our problem sooner or later

  9. Clarendon fishermen go sea yes but alot of them not coming back with no fish so i wonder what these utes are going in
