If you give the amnesty, just like the gun amnesty… It may most likely fail. Here’s why, a taxi driver who is worth their salt will NEVER allow his outstanding tickets to reach 15, 20 or worse 100! They will contest, be careful and take the time pay. The people in the high outstanding ticket category will look at this and laugh. They are waiting for ticket forgiveness.

Question for today.
How can a man with a gun that has 100 murder on it can take in that gun and walk free but a taxi man go in to pay the government what him/her owes the state for outstanding traffic tickets and after paying the government suspend him/her driver’s license for years or more and still want him/her to clear up the tickets? But a gun man can just give up a gun that cause so much blood shed and walk away scotch free. Still can’t maths it out… Only fada gad alone.

Heck why not give everyone amnesty from everything. They want one because there’s a gun amnesty. No one wants accountability just looking for breaks wherever they can get it. Disgusting bunch.
How many ticket amnesties have the country given in the last 10 years? I can recall 2.
Drivers in this nation just don’t like following rules. I can’t say I have never broken a traffic rule, but as I grew as a driver, offences got less and less to now basically nil because as one gets older, the sense of responsibility should rise.
Unfortunately old drivers and are committing as many offences as a teenage driver. Ridiculous.
With all that said, I am not against an amnesty, but do not let it seem like there has not been mercy given to drivers over the years.
There are many factors to why we have reached here. Driver responsibility and government ticket system are only 2.

So U BROKE the Road code,. U got a Ticket. U FAILED TO B RESPONSIBLE to go to the TAX Office AND pay the fine OR appear in Court. U commit many more traffic offences, again refused to b responsible to get All outstanding traffic tickets cleared from your name. NOW that the govt. said as of December 1st, WARRANTS should be prepare & served to u. U TURNED AROUND A DEMAND TRAFFIC TICKET AMMNESTY from the govt.
BIGG UP TO ALL TAXI OPERATORS, WHO DONT SUPPORT THIS FOOLISHNESS.
They get a ticket now and as they are out of sight of the police they do it again. Disrespectful…
