  1. Support the Courts. Justice For All….. especially accountably for elected reps and especially a previous president.

    1. Arrest the self righteous thug already. Sad how ppl still root for him even after he robbed his supporters of payments to support his lifestyle. Wake up ppl. He really really writes his own laws against those that apply to his supporters who some are in jail for their blind faith in him. When will ppl open their eyes for this man !!!😢😢😢

    1. @Tomas Pita THEY ALREADY KNOW THAT HE IS & THAT’S WHY THEY’RE FORCING HIM TO TESTIFY NOW OR GO TO JAIL-PRISON 😂😂😂

  2. Mark Meadows, of all people, should not be granted immunity. He should be indicted and convicted, and then offered a reduced prison sentence, say 19 years instead of 20.

  3. All these things keep coming up and trump is going to run out of thugs to send after these people.

    1. Did you hear that Tara Reade will testify before Congress? Now, that will be some justice!! Juanita Broaddrick needs her day in court as well.

  4. “Alleged”.
    Stopped using that word.
    There are tapes.
    We’ve heard them.
    He did it.
    Its not “alleged”.

  5. The USA has a seriously broken legal system for it to have taken this long. This should have been resolved in the days following the insurrection or a couple of weeks at the most.

    1. The systems in place are perfectly fine. It’s the human element that is the problem. If they where to run it the way it is supposed to it would be much different.

    2. @Don O
I guess you are a fool. If a prosecutor shows video of an armed robbery, showing video of other parts of the store where there was not an armed robbery happening doesn’t change anything.

  6. Executive privilege is like attorney-client privilege. It’s a “privilege,” unless there’s a crime being committed.

    1. Spot on! Don’t act with respect, you do not get respect. Abuse such privilege it can be taken away. It is not a right, it is a privilege.

  7. how many times do judges have to reject claims of executive privilege? the supreme court rejected it. you don’t need to even view these in court anymore, just toss them

    1. @Ld O
So, you think it is “mentally ill” to want to hold people accountable for crimes? What would you suggest instead of jail? A few months of torture maybe?

    2. @Viewer
What makes you think Trekari is a right winger? The point they made was spot on – if you want Trump held accountable! People have a legal right to appeal adverse decisions – period – end of story. Deny them that right, and they can go free.

    3. @psycobleach46 tullis
Part of due process is the right to appeal adverse decisions – even pretrial. Decisions made before a trial can have a greater impact on winning or losing than anything done at trial.

  8. Lawyers have to be salesmen too….they “sold” him on that lie that he could get off from executive privilege. And he bought it lmao. Any intelligent person could tell that wouldn’t work.

  9. More than two years now since these crooks committed their crimes, when they gonna be behind a prison cell door?!

    1. Lol. Arrested for…..for what? What is the charge? And what is the evidence? And would you take it to a jury? Nobody can answer all three. That’s the problem. Get a life

    1. We’re getting there. Watergate took 3 years to indict anybody.
This case is much wider & more complex. It’s also a first of its kind legacy case that has to be perfect as it will be studied in law books for years to come.

    2. @Chino Sure, but it’s also a case wherein many could face the end of a rope after due process. As we, as a nation evolve and maintain not only the American Experiment by answering HELL YES man is capable of self governance, and hell yes we will carry on the age of reason, and hell yes we will remain enlightened – we have to carefully examine what all of that means to us going forward into an age of unknowns.

Were it I as AG under FPOTUS or POTUS I would have filed one charge against all for January 6th – each who plotted in any element of the failed coup and each simple citizen who crossed a single barrier in concert with another – title 18 section 241 – conspiracy against rights. It is the simplest most elegant, one size fits all criminal charge because it addresses EVERYTHING THEY DID. They conspired to deprive me of my constitutionally guaranteed form of republican government by stopping the certification of a free and fair election. It only takes one victim but there were 80 million more including 90% of all Black voters.

Convict those that needed convicted and let them seek the mercy of the court to be sentenced based on in-depth presentence investigations. Not ONE of them would have the right to a firearm at this point. Most would have received the minimum one year prison sentence but none less and most of those would have received probation. From there it’s simple all the way to the top where we break out the ropes as prescribed by the actual law.

  10. It took 3 years for the first Watergate defendant to be imprisoned. We are about nine months away.

    1. “the arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends toward justice.”
      MLK Jr.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

The diamond millstone of heaven eventually ground all of our questions into answers

  11. When a self declared lover of the nation’s enemies steals classified documents you don’t have to “make it into” a criminal case.

  12. Trump claiming “executive privilege” is basically just him saying “I’m rich and powerful, therefore I should be above the law”.

  13. The one consolation is the fact that, because he can’t tell the difference between truth and lies, he will spend the rest of his miserable and worthless life fighting court cases of his own making. Either in jail or out.
