Part of due process is the right to appeal adverse decisions – even pretrial. Decisions made before a trial can have a greater impact on winning or losing than anything done at trial.

This case is much wider & more complex. It’s also a first of its kind legacy case that has to be perfect as it will be studied in law books for years to come.

As we, as a nation evolve and maintain not only the American Experiment by answering HELL YES man is capable of self governance, and hell yes we will carry on the age of reason, and hell yes we will remain enlightened – we have to carefully examine what all of that means to us going forward into an age of unknowns.
Were it I as AG under FPOTUS or POTUS I would have filed one charge against all for January 6th – each who plotted in any element of the failed coup and each simple citizen who crossed a single barrier in concert with another – title 18 section 241 – conspiracy against rights. It is the simplest most elegant, one size fits all criminal charge because it addresses EVERYTHING THEY DID. They conspired to deprive me of my constitutionally guaranteed form of republican government by stopping the certification of a free and fair election. It only takes one victim but there were 80 million more including 90% of all Black voters.
Convict those that needed convicted and let them seek the mercy of the court to be sentenced based on in-depth presentence investigations. Not ONE of them would have the right to a firearm at this point. Most would have received the minimum one year prison sentence but none less and most of those would have received probation. From there it’s simple all the way to the top where we break out the ropes as prescribed by the actual law.
