  1. Never forget, it was the Soviet Union that signed a non-aggression pact agreement with NaziGermany in 1939. And it was the Soviet Union that provided NaziGermany with grain and raw materials to build it’s war machine. This all happened during the Soviet Unions man-made famine of Ukraine. Never forget!!

    Glory to Ukraine!!! 🇺🇦 🇺🇲

    1. @Павло Янківський
You are correct. You know world history. 👍🇺🇦🇺🇲

  2. 🇺🇦 My Ancestors we’re from South West Ukraine and south east. They were Seafaring people and Horsemen, Craftsman, and Merchants, and obviously because there are so many of us, we kicked arse too.

    1. @К K Who gave weapons to the people in the Donbas ?
      Who organized the uprise ?
      Was all arranged by Moscow.
Not to liberate you from Kiiv, but to use you as shield. A country at war can not join NATO.
The main reason why a bunch of Russia’s neighbours suddenly had to deal with a civil war. Georgia, Moldovia and now Ukraine.

    2. @Ysin van Gulik of course Russia is supporting and arming Donbass, no question about it. US did the same for the Syrian and Libyan rebels in their uprisings against Assad and Gaddafi respectively. So what?

    3. Славних пращурів великих нащадок поганий ти. (по Т.Г. Шевченку).

  3. I know this story is a big problem, but I think it’s fair to point out that there are a lot of cultures that have problems right now, and there’s a lot of them that are kind of a big deal as well. That’s why I think it’s important to start trying to talk to each other differently so things don’t get worse. Think of me as a passerby, I do not belong or identify with any of your tribes and I am telling you all, it’s getting out of hand.

    1. I am not forgetting. I am doing my best to spread the help that I can give evenly. Too many ppl suffer at the hands of a few. This must stop.

  4. I want to give a hug to the grandma . Ukrainians are truly AMAZING PEOPLE. An example… and THESE PEOPLE are from what Pootin calls Russian regions ..ironic , tbey are the fiercest fighters

    1. @Helen R Word. The thing that struck me most was her watering plants with a bottle – we take things as simple as a watering can for granted. I hope amongst the millions (billions?) in aid being sent to Ukraine, someone gives this grandma a watering can.

  5. AS a ten year U.S. Navy veteran, I will always stand with my brothers/sisters-in-arms, foreign or domestic, who stand on that wall, fill the gap for freedom for all.

  6. greatest respect to a hero and a true family of hero’s
those Ukrainians sure do put on a beautiful fireworks show. at the expense of Russia equipment 😉 Slava Ukraine!

  7. The people of Ukraine have provided the World with enough inspiration to last a hundred years. I thought I knew some admirable people, February 24th of 2022 made me step back and reevaluate everything.
    God Bless 🇺🇦 🇺🇦 Ukraine.

  8. May this family (and all Ukrainians) find healing and solace in God. With our prayers for all of Ukraine.

  9. The grace, dignity, resilience and sheer pragmatism shown by Ms Vysotska is astonishing. The recent tragedies visited on her, and her family, is truly humbling.

  10. I’m still finding it difficult to believe that a developed 21st century country like Russia will do this to a country that shares close cultural ties with her. I use to read this in history books but now it’s happening before our eyes 😭 Humans, when will we learn how to love ourselves, is it after we’ve all killed ourselves!

  11. I am so proud of Ukrainian people! And I am not Ukrainian…
If my country don’t support the Ukrainian integration into EU I will renounce my passport and apply for the passport of the country that I am emigrated…
    Glory to Ukraine
    Glory to Ukraine
