Tropical storm Elsa which was downgraded from a hurricane earlier today is now lashing Haiti and the Dominican Republic. Its wind speed fell to 70 miles per hour as it continued to affect the Caribbean.

@Rico Ben no, you can seh 2-3/10 person weh pass by in jamaica deal with this stuff. Its like a habit or daily routine for these ppl. Not saying jamaica is clear but this mostly go on in the weak/poor unstable economies/countries.
