  2. please remove the minimum $5000 income barrier so low income part time workers on assistance can qualify to apply for cerb..otherwise we don’t qualify for hydro payment assistance, rental subsidy or the provincial $1000 payment in BC as Cerb is their deciding factor. We were working part time and are now unemployed also.
