The court cases didn’t stop, although most allegations didn’t make it to court in the first place (and Trump saying he would sue them all didn’t get to court either).
There are a handful of cases still in the courts, one case is proceeding slowly because Trump’s legal team argued the president was immune to state lawsuits; an argument rejected by a New York appeals court. Two more cases are newer with no result yet.

The death rate for children of ages 0 to age 17 is right now at 9 deaths, 6 of which had preexisting medical problems (but that is only since February 1.) There are over 50 million school age children in the USA.
