They need to have the Jamaican constabulary force implement armed resource officers in each school like they do in America. These officers would take care of immediate problems in the schools as well as offer resources for children who need help inside and outside of the schools. Not security guards these would be officers that would take care of problems immediately in the schools but if the fish stinks at the head…………..
