  1. I feel for this woman. Mental health is ignored and dismissed by many. Blessed her, the fishermen, and the young men who came to her aid.

    1. Maybe she was using it to make sure she would be far from the land before drowning? Then throwing it far away she way so she would have less of a chance of saving herself. That’s just what I’m thinking

    2. Same. I think she is a survivor of a shipwreck. As to the circumstances of the shipwreck…that’s up for investigation by the police.

    1. If she was being a drama queen where was the audience. You don’t float 8 hours ALONE in the ocean if you are being a drama queen.

    2. @Jay Lesley totally! hope they dont shunt her back to her husband…the daughters may be siding with the husband after he told them she abandoned them or something; u never know what goes on behind closed doors…could b the reason for her depression and not mentally unstable at all….
