    1. @nero THEY ARE TRYING , BUT BEING A VET. SAVING PEOPLE SPREAD OUT ALL OVER THE COUNTRY WITHOUT MAKING THINGS WORSE IS EASY TO DO SITTING ON YOUR COUCH. IN THE REAL WORLD ? NOT SO EASY. IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION,? BY ALL MEANS, COMPLAINING, AND COUCH PATROL, IS USELESS. PEACE

  1. American soldiers did a great job but not without the help of Ethiopia and its air force flying inside Sudan for the safety of American rescuers. It also allowed its country and air space to be use by US. Give credit to all actors even if small contributions.

    1. Its either the UN helps sudan or do not send any aid. WHY the aid is not going to the people but to the military effort.

    2. “From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 4:17

“Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth: But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.” Matthew 5:38-39

“And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” Matthew 6:5-6

  2. I think people were warned to leave Sudan a long time ago if they were not citizens of that country. I wonder why they stayed and now are having to be evacuated. It would not surprise me that people were warned not to even go to that area. Glad the evacuations are going well so far

    1. Other reports said many of the US citizens still in Sudan, are actually dual US/Sudanese citizens.

    2. It bad only been at a level 2, that’s the same level as the UK, France, Belgium etc this war broke out suddenly

  3. THIS is the “SAME THING” that happened in South Sudan.
Two leaders who had worked hand-in-hand to separate South Sudan
from Sudan, once the battle was won and their new nation
established, they became arch enemies and an internal civil war broke-out
between them in the newly established country.
    What a shame!
    Who can we trust???

  4. if they didn’t leave when told to, why should the taxpayers have to save them from their own doings? what if one of the troops died during the rescue op, that man would’ve died for someone else’s mistake.

  5. John Kirby is an underrated part of the admin. Has been a clear communicator throughout the past year

    1. it’s a proxy war to control gold and ports fueled by UAE, Isreal , and russia who support the rebel Janjaweed (SRF) , which an Arab African desert tribes from west Sudan, Chad, Mali, Libya, and other places against the Sudan army which is not perfect army but still a professional army formed of all Sudanese from all parts and ethnicities representing Sudan.

the Jangweed forces committed and still committing crimes by the dozens in daily basis , they do have no support from the vast majority of Sudanese

  6. The only thing that have westerners go and live in a place like Sudan is a gold Rush and not to attend a Sorbon university in Sudan that we haven’t heard of.

  7. Painful describes Don’s interview of the Secretary of State. It was almost as if Don had pre-written questions and was going to ask them no matter what response he got from the Secretary of State.

  8. Weird… Because 2 days ago, The media was reporting that ALL of the U.S. personnel was out of Sudan…
