  1. A good player knows how to read their competition and when to make their play. Never let ’em see your hand… Previous Player or “The Former Golden Shower Prez ”, ” didn’t telegraph his moves, he broadcast them..🤔

    1. @M H “we’re obligated to protect each other”
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
      that never was it known
that anyone who fled to thy protection,
      implored thy help,
      or sought thy intercession,
      was left unaided.

actually 20 years is too long and they will not stand on their own. The Government will fall in a year.

    2. They have always stood on their own, we just didn’t always like who were the dominant forces there…it’s still the graveyard of empires, the US wasted it’s time there…they should have gone in, take bin Laden and not occupy the entire country (or stay there forever if you don’t want a ruthless Taliban in leadership).

  2. It’s been 20 years at some point you have to say enough is enough. Or do we stay in for another 20 so that everyone who originally got us into Afghanistan dies of old age before we pull out?

  3. Omg Soldier’s deserves To be With there Families!!! You not out there Day by Day having your Six all the time , come on for 20 years and Trillions of $$$$$
let them be Let them have some space peace with there families. 🙏

  4. Speaking as a veteran, I do not care what happens to Afghanistan when we leave. It is not our problem to solve. Al Qaeda is destroyed and Bin Laden is dead, end of story.

  5. No matter how unjust we see the culture in another country we have to start accepting that we cannot change their culture through bravado and shows of force. Sometimes its the more subtle overtures that get better results. I care greatly about the fate of the women in Afghanistan and other areas like it but think too much force on their behalf will only backlash on the very women we want to protect. I would love to see some new and innovative approaches taken. A coalition against terrorism seems like a great place to start.

    1. In a predominantly Muslim country, do you think American troops would convince the Afghans to change their religious attitudes towards women. One might wonder why the American news media, (including these experts for MSNBC News), wouldn’t admit that the United States has done nothing to change these attitudes in Muslim countries, (such as Bahrain, Iraq, or Syria), where it has supposedly fought for “freedom”! What has the United States done to improve women’s rights in Saudi Arabia? Consider ending all trade and any aid with countries, which don’t make real changes to women’s rights.

  6. BRAVO 🙏 joe biden👍 it’s well overdue, time to end this endless war, those behind desk people aren’t veterans like me so ask yourself would you put yourself and love ones in harms way, come on man I don’t foresee me ever buying land start a business,or go on vacation in these areas,so why are we even still talking about afaganistan,or any of the surrounding countries in that area🇺🇸

  7. Yes, it sucks, Joe. But we can’t fix it. That’s really the point. Yes, it would have been nice if we had a robust and informed diplomatic relationship with Pakistan and China but we don’t. We’re in the process of rebuilding our State Department. And what we keep forgetting about our withdrawal from Iraq is that they wanted us out, told us to get out. We’re not all-powerful. And, in many ways, that’s not a bad thing, sad to say.

  8. Just looked up population of Afghanistan: 39 million plus people. It does not seem likely that 2500 US troops is all that is keeping the country civilized.

  9. Pretty sure we’re still in Kuwait and Pakistan; the Taliban has already expressed that they want us to stay, they’ll do something that’ll keep us there for another 20 years.

  10. Even the Russians gave up at converting Afghanistan , they lasted 9 years, 1 month, 3weeks and 1 day .

  11. What will 2 more years do, or 5 more years? If they can’t take care of themselves after two decades they’re not trying hard enough. A deadline will wake them up.

  12. The real problem is the most of our nation does not care if the Afghan government can survive. We have done more than enough to prop up a pathetic government in AfghanistanIs time for them to wanna be free and die for their own freedom just like our country did at its start
