  1. Your cant have a pay increase as we have to pay For the PM’s lavish lifestyle!!!! Remember 20K a month for groceries and 6K hotel rooms.

    1. Yes, don’t aspire to advance in life and complain about those who do. Every injustice in your life is everyone else’s fault.

    1. @Synaesthesia ? The bulk of this story was dedicated to telling the story of a union currently fighting against Trudeau. Not sure if that matters to you, of course. You might just randomly post this kind of thing on every news story.

    1. If your employer had to compete with more and more employers who pay more, don’t you think your pay might increase? Or, if not, don’t you think you could more easily find a higher paying job? Why would you want this union to lose, when their pay will create competition that drives up the pay that average workers get?

    1. Consider that a victory for the union means there will be tens of thousands of jobs that pay a little bit more now than they used to. Other employers need to compete with those wages. And other employers need to compete with those. You are somewhere in there. When thousands of workers fight for better pay and benefits, they are indirectly fighting for all workers to get the same.

    1. how many years did you work in Canada; how much tax dollars paid for Canada your family?
      maybe nothing..

  2. 40k to 60k is still ok in these times, especially for a job that requires close to no experience or education

  3. Why don’t they offer them the same raise the seniors got for the cost of inflation caused by this government. The one time payment of $234.00 dollars to cover the cost of inflation.
