  2. NHS in England , is backing down on mandatory vaccines for their hospital staff due to science showing the vaccines is not a benefit on the omicron variant and delta is no longer present

  5. To stay safe, switch off the TV, especially news channels, go outside and enjoy the sun and fresh air, eat healthy, loose weight , reduce your sugar and processed foods intake. The secret is to avoid excess in everything.
