Unless people follow protocals all the time these small measures wont help.
There would not be curfews if people would comply.
Gov. Can only react to numbers to slow it.
These early curfew is one of the problem causing the positive rate to go upwards. Because at nights people have to go home by transportation to their disposal. Example One bus instead of 5 in a row is now 8 or 9 now that’s a problem. My suggestion stretch curfew hours to 11pm give person options to commute and enforce protocols.
