Price of milk increased by $1 in GTA within a 2 year span from my local grocery store.
I’m on ODSP and saw no increase in my income in 4 years( got $2), can’t work so I don’t get as much food each month because of these increases

Dairy farmers are making bank in Canada. More than most doctors.
So what..adapt or buy powdered milk and add water
if the farmers costs decline the price at the store doesn’t change it will just continue to go up and up and up until the next great depression is in full swing
Maybe ill have to live like my grandfather during the Great Depression. History really does repeat itself.
You don’t hear them complain about the increased value of their assets. Land values are up…home values and buildings. They are multi millionaires. Get rid of supply management and let the free market determine a fair price for current situation and it will also readjust price when costs come down. I don’t see supply management ever reducing price of milk.
