Putin’s address to the nation comes a day after Russian-controlled regions in eastern and southern Ukraine announced plans to hold votes on becoming integral parts of Russia. The Kremlin-backed efforts to swallow up four regions could set the stage for Moscow to escalate the war following Ukrainian successes.

Putin said he has signed a decree on the partial mobilization, which is due to start on Wednesday. “We are talking about partial mobilization, that is, only citizens who are currently in the reserve will be subject to conscription, and above all, those who served in the armed forces have a certain military specialty and relevant experience,” Putin said.

The referendums, which have been expected to take place since the first months of the war, will start Friday in the Luhansk, Kherson and partly Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.

  1. General Alexus Grynkewich, Commander of the US Air Force: If a decision is made to send US forces to Ukraine, the US Air Force will establish a no-fly zone for the Russians over Ukraine in a few hours.

  2. Fight from Russia and if you succeed to reach me
    You are welcome.
Then we will decide if we will fight one against the other one or you wilm come to me as Muslim under my power with No conditions

  3. 300000 experienced soldiers from Chechen and Syrian conflicts will make Russian army great again😎 That number is almost twice higher than Russian troops in Ukraine now😅

  4. At this point we should say we are letting Ukraine join NATO and the EU. If Russia wants to annex Ukrainian territory then Ukraine is no longer neutral and the deal of Ukraine not joining the EU is off.
