  4. Who is responsible for enforcing human rights? All of us. Did Turkey act in solidarity to oppose and reject the Crimes Against Humanity being perpetrated by refusing to invite Russia’s delegates. Did any national delegates act in solidarity to oppose and reject the Crimes Against Humanity being perpetrated by boycotting the conference or express condemnation of Russian aggressions against the sovereign nation of Ukraine and our global citizens of Ukrainian? No. They acted in culpable ways. Were the just and peaceful protests met with supportive solidarity from any other delegates? No.They acted in culpable ways. The Russian delegate’s aggressive violations of attempting to forcefully deny the Human Rights of the Ukrainians’ protest and forcefully steal his flag exemplifies the empowerment of violent actors provided by the host and attendees who imparted an understanding that no significant negative consequences would ensue from them. And, like Putin, he suffers the delusional belief Ukrainians will not succeed on retaining their Human Rights. They are shocked by the Ukrainians, the many nations and people throughout the world who refuse to allow their aggressions. We cannot allow ourselves to capitulate to Russia. Who is responsible for enforcing human rights? All of us.
