  4. So former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe , who’s name is in the report 60 times ,
says he was right , and John Durham was wrong .

    1. @Mfundi Mkhize Zero Criminal referals from the report. 2 FAILED criminal charges against people who got acquitals. Zero objective findings of actual wrong doing by FBI or DoJ and only subjective opinions on how the investigation could have been handled. Citing that the investigation shouldn’t have been done on hind-sight information that wasn’t available to DOJ or FBI at the launch of the investigations and his best and ONLY recommendation in the report is that maybe the DoJ/FBI hire a lawyer specifically to oversight investigations that impact political topics.

$6Million and 4 years later and he drummed up a nothing burger about a legitimate investigation that produced multiple arrests, revealed multiple crimes, and which only didn’t result in Obstruction of Justice charges against Donald Trump because Bill Barr, his AG, said “no” and that the only remedy was in the Congress…which then impeached Trump legitimately.

    1. Then there should be a special counsel to investigate the IG report. Then there should be an IG investigation on the special counsel looking at the IG investigation. Then there sh…

    2. @dabeanz The IG only looks at whether DOJ policy was followed, the IG doesn’t look into whether the decisions made were right or wrong. I have read parts of a few of them, the IG reports are very detailed and go through the investigation step by step for every decision, the IG has full access to the files and communications (secret information will be redacted on public releases).
The IG will look at what decisions were made, then compare them to DOJ policy and cite past investigations as reference and conclude that policy was followed or not followed.

  5. We were so close but yet so far! Four years, two failed prosecutions and how many dollars and still no “crime of the century”.
