I dumped FB 5 years ago after getting tired of all the irrelevant trivia and nonsensical memes being posted by my small group of “friends”, (many of whom I barely knew.) . I regained the chunk of time I wasted wading through this stuff each day and found I was still able – by other means – to be in real contact with the people I really cared about. It was an excellent decision which I do not regret in the least.
Yeah I basically unfollowed all of my ‘friends’ save for a very select few, for reasons that they posted ‘irrelevant trivia and nonsensical memes’, and more. I’ve also left many groups/unfollowed many pages.

Yes, the US, Britain and France and other countries have been attacked by Russia. Many in those countries don’t even realize it. Russia won the first battle of the war. If we can get rid of Trump, the US will win the second battle. If not, Russia will have won the war. And yes, it really is a war. Seriously, no exaggeration at all. Nuking Russia would be totally justified. At the very least, when they buzz our ships or aircraft, we should shoot them down with the lowest tech weapon possible (so they don’t get more info on our more advanced weapons.)
