That 1-2 punch tactic is sinister. 1st missile creates civilian casualties. After giving time for first response rescue teams, the 2nd missile hits the same target to kill 1st responders, the best of humanity that runs towards burning buildings, rather than from them.

The Russians did the same thing in 2008 to Georgia. Targeting civilians appears to be their strategy.

@Unapologetic Revolutionary They weren’t targeted specifically, although I’ll concede civilians were killed. American rockets and bombs are more accurate than anything Russia is using. None of our ordnance is made in North Korea or Iran either.
