  1. Where is this doctor from … Who is she talking to? Black People are Vitamin D deficient because of a lack of sun exposure. The Black medical community continues to correlate sun exposure (infrared radiation) and melatonin that is produced when we sleep at night. And our melanin protects us against any harmful ultra-violet rays. As we all know, Africa sits directly on the equator, and if we didn’t get “skin cancer” then, why are we prone to it today?

    1. Exactly! I was born in the west indies, in the sun every day and have never heard of people of colour having skin cancer from the sun. Where is this coming from?
