Portmore doesn’t have the critical infrastructure to be awarded parish status..no public hospital, inadequate police and fire stations, inadequate roads to accommodate the volume of traffic, inadequate water to supply the communities, no green areas for recreation, etc, etc….they keep adding more buildings but are not improving community needs…
@Asher Ben David Not true…every parish has at least a government hospital….Plus outside of Kingston; no other parish by itself is experiencing the level of development at the rate Portmore is putting excessive pressure on the basic infrastructure…..
